The WS8203 is a highly integrated 2.4 GHz SoC BLE & SLE chip solution module, integrating BLE5.4/SLE1.0 subsystems, including MAC, baseband, RF, balun, power amplifier, low noise amplifier, TX/RX switch and other modules, supporting 1M/2M/4M bandwidth. Three bandwidth options are available, with a maximum support rate of 12 Mbit/ s.
The WS8203 integrates a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller (MCU), a hardware security engine, and a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including SPI, UART, I2C, PWM, GPIO, USB 2.0, NFC Tag, PDM, I2S/PCM, QDEC, and a KEYSCAN keyboard scanning circuit. It supports 8-channel 13-bit resolution ADCs, which can be connected to an audio AMIC. It has built-in SRAM and encapsulated Flash memory, and supports running programs on the Flash memory. The WS8203 supports LiteOS and provides an open and easy-to-use development and debugging environment.
The WS8203 exposes all on-chip I/O, facilitating secondary development for customers. The module comes with a shield and offers two antenna options: an onboard PCB antenna or a stamp-hole antenna . The antennas are 18 mm * 12 mm (PCB onboard antenna ) and 16mm*12mm (IPEX antenna mount), making it ideal for IoT smart terminals such as mice, keyboards, styluses, gateways, and IoT devices.
