The WS8901D37 is a LoRa wireless data transmission module designed and manufactured by Silent Smart Technology Co., Ltd. It integrates an internal power amplifier (PA) and low-noise amplifier (LNA), which enhance transmit power and receive sensitivity, significantly extending the communication range compared to conventional low-power 30dBm radios. The module supports an industrial-grade RS485 communication interface and incorporates multiple protections—such as reverse polarity protection, overvoltage protection, lightning strike protection, and antenna surge protection—improving its adaptability to harsh and complex environments.
Operating within a voltage range of 9V to 36V, the WS8901D37 can be configured via AT commands, enabling flexible adaptation to various application scenarios. Leveraging LoRa's direct-sequence spread spectrum technology, it achieves concentrated power density for extended range and enhanced anti-interference performance. Additionally, the module is equipped with a serial port and an SWD download interface to support custom development (we also offer customization for standard LoRaWan and Alibaba LinkWan nodes).
